Do you find it a little challenging, in your body after eating. (I.E. do you experience energy drops, feeling tired, gassy, excessive heat, stiffness, sense of detachment, ungroundedness, bloating, agitated, angry, grumpy, and or even pain in your body increase?).
Many people from my experience do not know that what you chose to eat together, food-wise at a meal, greatly and absolutely influences how you feel afterwards.
From working with people with their diets, helping them to rebalance their bodies, experiences, and lives, I have found that one of the major factors, that is an unknown road block, is how they combine foods at each meal.
Many people are unaware and have not been informed that fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates, and proteins all have different transit times through the digestive system. With different transit times and functions of food , you probably were not aware that when you eat fruit and a protein together at a meal, the fruit putrefies and the protein rots. This happens as it is dragged all the way through the digestive system creating greta disturbance and disharmony.
For the record, fruit normally digests and passes through the stomach wall creating quick energy and a cleansing effect within 15 minutes. It is not intended to travel throughout the entire system in its breakdown process . It is meant for quick fuel.
Meat on the other hand is intended to breakdown slow for the purpose of sustaining energy and has restorative properties, over a much longer period of time. This is like putting together water and oil. They are not compatible and will not be in harmony with each other within your body.
Many people also are unaware that it takes different enzymes to unlock the energy and power of food, and the unknown combining of these distant food choices, creates gas and bloading, and all other GI disturbances. This happens because the enzymes are so different in nature.
EXAMPLE: By going to a brunch and eating mellon with eggs and toast, or having steak, eggs, and a fruit cup, these combinations will make you feel very uncomftorable. The reasoning is because the enzymes required to break down the foods are not compatible. What you will experience afterwards will be a drop in energy, heavyness, possible alot of heat, stiffness, and even pain in the body. All of this because of transit time differencess and incompatible enzymatic activity.
The good news is that all of this can be avoided by simply getting a food combinig chart off the internet, and start coming for your health TODAY!!!
